Head Over Heels, LLC is a business providing gymnastics, tumbling, dance and cheer for the Mission Valley. Beginning with very young children, ages 18 months and older, we love action-packed fun and exercise. Along with the sport we teach, the following skills will be emphasized:

   

• listening to and following instructions

• respect for teachers, parents and fellow students

• self-control

   

As students progress through the levels and gain skill, the sport also becomes more challenging not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. We see this as an excellent opportunity to work on some of the following character qualities and skills:
