Open Gym Schedule

  • Tiny Tots Open Gyms Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 am are open to children from birth through five years old. Older siblings are welcome if they can play appropriately with little ones. The cost is $6 per child for member families, or $8 per child for non members. Punch cards are available at the gym. Parents are free with a paying child.

  • Saturday All Ages Open Gyms 10:15-12:00 are big fun! The cost is $8 per person for members, or $10 per person for non-members. Punch cards are available at the gym. After signing your child in you are welcome to leave your child (if they can use the bathroom by themselves and are able to follow our staff's instructions) at the Open Gym while you shop, run, work out, swim, do homework, or get a coffee. Small children are welcome, but will need a parent at their side or they may get run over.

  • Saturday DanceFit for Adults! Paused for the season! March 25th was our last workout. 10:30-11:30 - bring your kids in for Open Gym while you work up a sweat in the dance studio with JoLeah! All fitness levels welcome. $10 drop-in price, or buy a punchcard - ten visits for $8 each.

  • Friday Open Gyms! Paused for the season! March 31st was our last day.

  • 2:00-3:30 Homeschool Open Gym $7 per student or $20 per family

  • 4:00-5:15 Friday Family Fun Night for families with children ages eight and younger. Older siblings are welcome, they just have to play carefully around the younger kiddos. FREE for everyone!

  • 5:30-7:00 Friday Family Fun Night for families with children ages nine and older. Younger siblings are welcome, but parents will have to supervise to ensure that they stay safely out of the bigger kids' way, or they will be asked to leave. This open gym is focused on skills work - tumbling and parkour. FREE for everyone!

  • On Fridays, parents must stay to supervise (and preferably enjoy) their children unless they are 12 years old or older.

  • NOTE: You may bring kids who are not your own to an open gym, but we need their parents or guardians to sign a liability release form for them the first time (we have new forms every September, so even if you had one last year you have to get it again). You may download a form to print, fill out and bring in with you if you like.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
